We had the Christmas holiday this week and got sick on top of it, so I didn’t get to walk as much as I wanted. Here’s the mileage:

I started walking again to train for the 2009 walk. Today, counting the parade I walked with my son and walking the track at the gym I walked 4 miles. It’s not a ton but it’s a start. I will post weekly updates as the training season goes on!
