Still getting started up, here’s the mileage this past week:

Miles for the week: 3
Miles for the 2009 3-Day: 7

 

I started walking again to train for the 2009 walk. Today, counting the parade I walked with my son and walking the track at the gym I walked 4 miles. It’s not a ton but it’s a start. I will post weekly updates as the training season goes on!
